Support for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional adjustment, relationships and identity development.
Families experiencing developmental shifts, challenges in communication, blended family dynamics, or periods of disconnection.

Support for navigating new chapters, shifting roles, and emotional adjustments.
I have always been a sociologist at heart. Studying Sociology and Psychology at Lake Forest College shaped my curiosity about people, relationships, and the systems we grow within, eventually leading me to complete my MSW at Colorado State University and become an LCSW.
My work in medical settings, and later in private practice, deepened my belief in a whole person approach, recognizing the close connection between mind, body, and relationships in mental health.
My personal life continues to inform my work. Raising my 25‑year‑old daughter and returning to yoga, swimming, walking, and good food help me stay reflective, grounded, and connected in both life and practice.

Taking the first step is meaningful, and I aim to make the process clear, comfortable, and personalized from the start.
I offer complementary 15 minute conversations: this gives us a chance to connect, talk through what is bringing you in, and explore how my approach can support your goals. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a feel for what it is like to work with me, no pressure and no commitment.
Or feel free to send me a message using the provided form. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
